Having a connection between a Todo and an issue is a great way to stay organized. Combine this with reminders and you will have powerful workflow where you can focus on what you need to do and still stay updated on specific JIRA tickets that you do not actively work on. Or maybe you just want to create subtasks that only you (and not your team) can view.

Access Todo's from an issue

When you are on an issue page you will find all Todo's connected to that issue are present in the right panel. From there you can add new Todo's and organize as you like. All Todo's you create from this view will be automatically connected to the issue and of course they will all show up in the Todo popup as well.

In the Todo popup, connected issues and their current status will be shown inside the Todo. To remove or add an issue connection, open up the detailed Todo view by clicking on it and edit it from there.
